How to submit the demand of tax credit mismatch?

Sir, Please advice me, i have Tax credit mismatch for which demand rise Rs 4800. i have paid the demand and its shows again rectification processed Demand determine please advice what should i do?

why tax credit mismatch arised? is it because of wrong TAN entered in tds schedule of itr or wrong challan info entered in itr?If it because of the above reasons,You dont have to pay the demand.You can rectify it by disagreeing demand option.

Challan No., Date of Payment and BSR Code of the bank will be required to be given in the reply to the demand notice in case you agree with the demand

Actually the problem is that i have shown the TAN of the deductor,who has deducted my TDS but has not uploaded and is not shown on 26As.So demand arise as amount is not shown on 26As, i decided to pay the demand and i did,bur still its shows rectification process with demand determine,what shall i do as actually i have paid the demand.

open the portal, go to rectification, open the assessment year, they will ask you to accept the demand or file rectification, if you accept demand, then they will prompt you to enter payment details, enter the same and they will acknowledge,

allow 3-4 weeks time to make their records updated,

If the notice of demand is served upon you by the Jurisdictional Assessing Officer, you must write request to the Assessing Officer to delete the demand mentioning therein the details of tax payments made by you and attaching therewith the copy of tax payment Challan.

Hey no need to pay at all
govt will forgive claims of 600lacs of 40lacs taxpayer of demand below 5000/-

But demand has been paid by me and again has been raised by income tax.

click on my pending actions, select the year, accept demand and enter the challan details, it will issue acknowledgement, which would get processed within 2/3 week time

May i enter earlier challan number which i have paid earlier.Bcoz same demand arise again.

pending action is not communicated, so you have to enter the payment details, viz, BSR code, date and amount, it will accept

it is just communication of payment made against the specific demand, not asking to make payment again

First disagree with demand ->demand already paid -> enter the challan details.If you dont have the challan with you,You can see the challan details in 26AS
