Dear Sir,

We have removed the Rawmaterial as a trading activity.We have problem of  show rawmaterial in ER-1 return.The column available only for finished goods. What we are do? Please help ASAP.

Dear Balendra,

You have to be shown as OB is "0"  Qty Mfrd "0" Qty Cleared  "put sales qty here" CB is also "0".

Duty payment partuc;ars to be shown like this at "Cenvat" page row no.24, "Credit utilised for Inputs removed As such".

I think your problem will solved....

ER-1 form itself is for "Monthly Retrun for production and removal of goods" that means for mfg goods by assess, not for the accounting for traded goods. In case you need to removE raw material as it is, you can mention such qty under mfg coloum, the same effect shuld be given in removal for home consumption thus your balance will be zero. For better understanding the screen shot of the relavant explaniation attached. Only care to be taken you will have to show the duty payment details in table no.8 (Details of CENVAT credit taken and utilized) at Sr.No. 12. 

I think by this your issue will be solved, such you have accounted such removal in Return, also the duty payment also shown under the proper head.
