Government introduce India Development Growth Mutual Fund.
Every people of this country will be shareholder of this fund.
125 crores MF at the rate of 10,000 per people of this country.
Corpus of this fund will be 1250000 crores.
Government can manage India Development Growth fund.
Fund management fees will be .0001% of the fund.
As fund value increase Indian people MF value increase.
This method we can remove poverty in this country.

Poverty cannot be removed by following certain pointers. Poverty reduction (I'm not using the word "removal" here for a reason) is a long process and will require efforts at various levels of government and Administration.

Hjmmm..Agree wid your points to some extent.....but practically some are always poor in mind, some are always rich. We may not be able to change the world but by listening to what individuals say they need we can decide how or if we can help,,, It is true that overpopulation is a factor in india, as is the availability and use of contraception, the education of women and birth rates.... helping them get education, and giving them access to the means of production is a good way to reduce poverty permanently.

Most of politicians are agriculturist having Crores of income but they do not pay any tax even though they are the owners of more than 10acres of agriculture land. So those who have more than 10 acres of agriculture land they must pay income tax, I am not saying by above we remove poverty in india, but atleast arrange fund to government to help poor peoples.
