How to register?

Hi,

I have been trying to register a person on efiling website. If I try to register it, the message comes that "this PAN is already registered". If I try the "forget password option", it says that "this user id does not exist".

The only possible explanation might be that the PAN was registered but not activated. But the client does not remembering anyone registering it.

Kindly help.
