How to read document with extention docx?

Dear All,

Many times documents are released on this website having extension docx (e.g. 45_stamp_paper.docx). How to read such documents?

This is a doc file for word 2007 version.

you can read this file by using 2007 version of word

So, I should have word 2007. Will it read old doc files too? Is it available on net for downloading or I must buy it?

You can download the free educational version of MS Office 2007 from Net. This will worked for three months period only

You can open all file at office 2007.
