How to import vouchers, transactions excel into tally erp.

i have stored full invoices, bank statements list, reciepts, payments inforamtion in excel format. we have to create or update in tally erp. it takes us time of days

i heard that possible by convertinginto into X M L or excel special format can be import to tally erp. manually.. ready made softwares suggested some of them, can possible without ready made softwares.

please give me any information if anybody have regarding above query.

Dear Manjunath,

You will need to buy a third party software, which will help you import excel data into tally erp.The said third party softwares are available at https://www.exceltotally.in/ site.

There are many ways to import bank statements, vouchers and masters in Tally. Also there are different banks having different statement formats. You have to use third party tool utility to import Bank statements, vouchers and masters in Tally 9, ERP, Prime, from Excel or PDF.
