E-Commerce Exporters who are exporting goods through courier/post with payment of IGST. Their data will not available on ICEGATE as they are exporting goods thought post/courier. How they can apply for GST refund paid on such export ??

They will have a courier shipping bill if sent through proper channel.
If its a normal courier which avoids import duty in the country of delivery, refund will be difficult to process
