This is Vamsi Krishna.Gogineni, proprietor,Vinayaka Agencies. i have worked in BAJAJ AUTOFINANCE company as a collection agency, in 2008-09 FY i got my commission 4,67,992/-from which 53,035/-was deducted as TDS. for that i got a TDS certificate bearing No-2008/0000003682. But in that TDS certificate my PAN no was not mentioned. and also in 4th quarter acknowledgement no was not provided.
Because of PAN No not mentioned in TDS Certificate, IT Dept not providing me refund.And IT department requires the TDS Return to be revised.
please give me any suggestion what to do.
I am also sending the scan copies of TDS certificate .please find the attachments.
