How to get Income tax returns of spouse under Right to Infor

How to get income tax return certified copies from the income tax department under Right to Information Act. Please tell me the process.

Income Tax return of an individual is not a public document. Further, it is protected under third party disclosure caluse under Right to Information Act.

Hai..spouse also covered under third party..?
