I hv just cleared PCC in NOV and completed 2 years of Articleship now I want to ask whether I can get ATC certificate now or not, If not How can I get it ?

no,for pcc students-u have to clear pcc and prescribed period of training i.e-3.5 yrs,

1 yr training is only valid for ipcc students
