How to get 26as for ay 2008-09 (fy 2007-08)

TRACES have TDS 26As from AY 2009-2010 only

I need 26AS TDS statement for AY 2008-09

Refunds from AY 2010-11 11-12 and 12-13 have been sent there and TDS not seen at the time of assesment have been rectified and should be visible now.

Thanks . rs 30 plus taxes was paid to Karvy for viewing my TDS then in 2010 by the party. I have login and password. But it says TDS is transfered to cpctds.gov.in

Based on your Tax paid challans or form 16 data, the rectification could have been processed. Getting 26AS of earlier years is next to impossible, as those data were with NSDL. Make RTI application with NSDL.......

Request for rectification is given in 2011 and in 2015. i went there 9 times still nothing.

Advance tax paid online in 2007 is not seen on their website. I have not gone there for 6 months now

As I said earlier, there was notification from CBDT........ you can get credits of the tax payment, if you can produce any proof of the tax paid challan, even if it may not reflect in form 26AS.
