How to file the return in response to notice rec. u/s 139(9)

If you have received notice u/s. 139(9), rectify the mistake as suggested in the notice. Prepare X M L file of the rectified ITR u/s. 139(9) and upload under "Go to e-File  e-File in response to notice u/s 139(9)"
