Dear all professionals,

I have recently statrted my Practice as Company Secretary. I would like to know how to develop it? What are the ways, means through which a fresher can Market him or herself to get the better jobs/ assignments?

You need to attend seminars and give lecturess on topics that u expertise.. hving knowledge is one thing .. and ppl knowing that u hve knowledge is another.. and various forums and platforms are the best of makin ppl know tat u possess knowledge..

Use your friends network....communicate with people....use all mediums of communication....THE BEST ONE CAN BE CREATE A WEBSITE OF YOUR OWN N UPDATE ALL THE DETAILS IN IT....u can solicit the mails to potential clients by giving them the link to your website....nobody expects a cs to be so marketable....it will surely create a good image....and remember, website are easy to devlop and cost-effective too...

Be ready to work on challenging environment... Dont use the words like "Sorry", "I dont know", "It is not possible", "I can refer books, etc", and alike. Be possitive in reply others. Be productive in extracting things and avoid inproductive deals. Always be mind "I have an excellent future"

Developing your practice means increasing more opportunity and where are the opportunity there were more challenge are there. It's important to identify more challenge and problem area and try to work out how you can contribute in solving problems . Be positive and confidence in your approach
