Do any busy have idea how to compute capital gain in case of share purchased and sold under Call and Put option and how the amount of Turnover is taken ..either there is Settle amount or premium..please clarify in details with example if possible....
ASAP...

In Options there is No Capital Gains as there is no Holding or Buying or Selling of any Capital Asset or Instrument, Call / Put Options are Derivatives with an Underlying security for deriving its Price, & is settled with the difference of Profit / Loss at the settlement date.

I want just to know that how capital gain shall be calculated in case of if a purchased a call/put option and paid premium for that...
What amount should counted for the purpose of Turnover and gain ...
