how to claim relief u/s 89
I got salary of 2 months of 2015-16 as arrears , in March 2016 , so my tax liability increased.....how can I claim relief in e filing

Yes relief can be claimed by filing form 10E. First calculate the amount of Relief then file Form 10E and then claim relief in the return.
You have to file Form 10E and claim relief under section 89.
