How to calculate capital gain?
I had purchased a piece of land in 2007 .I have not available purchase price fo the same. Now i want to sale the same & want to know that how to calculate capital gain.

Get Valuation of the property done from a registered Valuer, as of the date of purchase. even the Circle rate obtained as per Governmental agency/Town planning office/ Sub-registrar, can help you to solve the issue.
