How to apply PAN for an unregistered partnership firm

You can apply for PAN with partnership deed also, whether it registered or not - no question.  If there is partnership deed signed by all partners can apply for PAN

Form 49A with sign by any one partner & copy of partnership deed

I'm planning to start a new business...partnership firm with my father and mother as the partners.

it will be an electronic retail store..

what all legal requirements do i need to complete in order to start the firm. I have applied for TAN.
Do i require to apply for PAN also for the firm...?

what should be done for acquiring PAN, TAN, Registration No., VAT of the firm??
