i am selling mobile phones from bihar
if i make bill to a buyer in haryana and punjab
how much cst should i add in my retail invoice ?

Charge CST at the rate at which it is sold within state.
Eg: If the mobile phone is sold after charging VAT @ 5% locally, then charge CST @ 5% from the purchasers outside the state.
