The fee for reigstration of company differce from one firm to other based on their reputation, if you approach a newly set up practicing secretary, they may register your company with Rs.15000, if you approach some well established firm they may charge you 30 to 40 thousand, the above quotated fee reasonably fine, we can go head with it,

The cost for formation of company of Rs. 1 lac will be around Rs.15,000 including all expenses but excluding MOA.

Moreover DIN & DSC are a matter of few hours not a day or week....If interested you can contact for further details

In that case, we got to incur ROC Expenses around Rs. 23000 to Rs. 25000 literally.
