Hi Everyone,
I want to reduce the time spent in processing bank & DMAT statements of my clientsby using any software that can pull the required information from the documents, most of which are in PDF format. For example: I want to generate an excel as an output when input a bank statement in pdf format. The excel should with name of customer, Month and all credit entries.
Do you know of any software that can help me do this? I am sure many CAs can save a lot of time with it.

There are many softwares available which can convert pdf files into word, excel, or powerpoint.
You can also do this online, but it contains restrictions on number of copies to convert.
Best way is to opt for softwares like Adobe Acrobat for pdf file editing &/or conversion.
The cost of Acrobat will be too high, thus you may opt for other softwares like Foxit Advanced PDF Editor, NITRO pdf, etc. which are comparatively cheaper to buy.
This softwares will let you convert as many of pdf files at instance And then you may work on your Excel format as usual.
