can deduction be claimed on 2 housing loans taken from 2 banks for the same house property?

yes, deduction can be claimed in respect of interest paid on the loan amount taken for the same house property irrespective of loan taken from 1 bank or more. In section 24, if it is self occupied then u can claim upto 2 lakhs. if it is let out then u can claim any amount paid as interest on loan from the NAV of the house property.
You can claim s. 80EE deduction also if u dont want to go for section 24 subject to certain conditions.
beneficial deduction is of s. 24.
