Note : The above form can be used to intimate the moderators regarding abuse of the platform.

A flat is co-owned by husband & wife. But the repayment of the loan is made by husband only. Will the benefit of loan repyment under House Property & U/S 80C will be available to both or only to the Husband?

Since only husband is making the repayment the benefit can be claimed by him only..........
