Home loan interest in itr

Dear Sir, I have taken possession of a flat in dec 2015. I had taken loan for this in Nov 2011. The completion of flat was in march 2015. Am I eligible for deduction of pre-construction interest on loan in 5 installments. Also tell me If I can claim it in return to be filed for AY 2016-17. Thanks a lot for your time.
