High value transaction when pan card is lost

Hi Experts,

Can my mother sell her property without pan card but quoting pan number during sale deed execution? She have a pan number but don't have pan card. We have applied for duplicate pan card but not sure if we can get it on time.

What should be done if pan card is not present at time of execution? Will we be required to submit form 60? For high value transcation sub registrar usually ask pan card copy. What is the remedy for such case?
