Soon we are trying to incorporate a LLP / Pvt Ltd but bit confused on which one to go with...
Kindly suggest us on which one to choose, with the following into consideration...
Services: web designing and web hosting for clients
Others: Online portals/websites maintained by us, may be in future we might get into clothing and jewellery in india and outside.
expecting to make aroung 15-20 lakhs in next one year. and might make 5% increase in every 1 or 2 yrs
Questions regarding LLP
Can i simply choose name of LLP as KEYWORD LLP or should i choose KEYWORD ONLINE SOLUTIONS/SERVICES LLP
Can we buy properties on LLP name
Can we convert LLP to Pvt Ltd later
Can LLP be a partner in A partnership firm
How easy is it to maintain... should we file every year or does it require a limit of Turn Over?

Heard about board of meeting, appointment of auditor and certain others things... are they compusory.
Planning to set it up with my family members as other members....
How is Taxation done in both cases... double tax?
and can i use our home address to start with?
AND finally can trademark be claimed by other even if i register a LLP or Pvt Ltd before the KEYWORD is trademarked.
Also can we resister name as KEYWORD Inc
