when should file Form 15 CA? if amount deposited in NRO ac instead of NRE AC what is procedure pls tell me and how to give form 15 CA to the Bank

Now, the process is same as transfer of funds from NRO to NRE acc. Form 15CA is to be applied online at income tax efilling site. For complete process refer the attachment.
