Out of the total period of 3-years of practical training, a student must be registered for a period of 1 year out of which at least 6 months must be completed before 31st March/30th September respectively to become eligible to make an application for examination to be held in June/December, for appearing in both the groups or for the remaining group in the Final Course.

--> Effective for all students (registered under “Syllabus2008” and “Syllabus2012”) who will be appearing in final examination from December 2013 onwards.

Last Date of Registration for December Term is 31st May (provided all specified compliances satisfied).

As mentioned above, from Dec 2013 exams minimum 6 months completion of training is required, so also register for the same at the earliest to complete it by 30th September.

CA articleship applicable for ICWA ( ICMA ) ?

Let me try to understand your question. Did you mean to ask, whether CA Article-ship training will be considered for claiming exemption from undergoing article training for ICWA (CMA) course?

If that was your question then the answer is NO.
