Help need to get pan card

Hi, I am a foreign citizen (not NRI or PIO). Im coming to India on tourist visa, and I would like to open a current bank account and apply for PAN card. in the future I have a plan to work with the stock broking agent.

Could anyone help me to apply for PAN card?

What are the documents I need to submit? Is there any agent who can do this for me while my stay in Inida?

I will be staying for a month only.

The link posted by Rajest is apt in case you want to apply directly without the help of any consultant. However i would recommend that you should very well understand the consequent compliance of Income Tax Act before you apply your PAN. Also it shall be useful if you are going to be remitted any income accrued in India and wish to get subsidized rate of tax according to Tax treaty.
