Better try in Internet Exporer (IE8)

Clean the cookies, and delete temp files from pc
use internet Explorer to file the return.
i ma using IE9...... still problem not solved
Try Mozilla Firefox if still not solved try another PC. In all probability there is a problem with the IE settings
