U'll b registered with the name of firm & for this docs. req. are
1. PAN of Prop.
2. Office Proof
a) if rented then rent deed & Telephone or Electricity Bill etc.
b) if own than also above mentioned bills.
c) Residence Proof.

Can anyone tell me the criteria for availing input tax credit on service tax and the procedure to be followed for the same....
