frnds i want to apply for certified copies of answer sheet of my nov 12 exam..but i m unable to scan declaration form properly and der is a warning dat if form willnot scanned properly then they will reject it. so i wannna knw how 2 apply mannually...whether i need to post that declrtion form or just a handwritten application or both................pls let me knw the detail procedure to do it................thnx in adv....

Hi Aanchal, The size of declaration form should not exceed 200kb (it can be less than it). You may try adjusting the resolution of image to 100DPI while scanning. Fill the declaration form with black pen and then scan. I am sure by doing this you will be able to upload the scanned copy. There is no such problem in applying online. I applied online for certified copies the very next day of result and i have even received the certified copies few days back. Good Luck.

@ Aanchal, i am unable to reply to ur PM as it says you need to be friend to send you PM. Anyways the answer to your query- No, i have no idea if the institute processes online application first or the manual applications first. But obviously the online application will reach to them instantly while your manual application may take bit time (4to5days even if sent via speed post) But even if the scanned image is visible to the extent that your signature and the subjects name can be seen then its okay because they process your application on basis of the options that you will select in the online form. Or you may try to get it scanned once more by selecting the higher resolution(100dpi). All the best.
