Harassment my principal.

I have completed my one and half year of articleship. We are only two articles in the firm. Bt the other article his younger brother of my principle. He is dummy article. I have my full records of attendence and also cctv videos of all our client permises. Dummy article never visited their. Bt now my principal starts harassing me. When i reject to do work beyond working hours. He blackmailing for complaint against me. Now i want to write letter regarding this. Can i get tranfer from my principle ? I have my full records.
