If any one faced this problem, please clarify me
while filing GSTR 3B after offset liability, it showing IGST one rupee payable in positive figure and CGST showing one rupee in negative figure.I have tried to pay and settle the IGST but CGST is not allowing to settle due to amount in negative
overall liability showing zero but while submitting form with DSC it is showing pls pay liability First and then file the return
please do the needful
I called to helpdesk, they told it is technically error and wait for 3 days

Even We are facing the same problem. Mine is showing INR 45 K Positive and negative and liability as Zero but its not allowing to Submit the return. Let me know once the issue is solved

I have wasted about 1 hour on call with helpdesk. They are also not aware with the solution. They said only to wait for revert for mail sent to helpdesk. But no reply even for mail also since last 6 days....
even i tried but it saying the same message when trying to submit that is to clear the liability... any1 gets any update for these plz let me know
Even we are facing the same problem, CGST is being refelcted s negative and SGST is positive, we also have available balance to pay off the liability but unable to setoff.
Have put the email to the helpdesk, however no reply so far.

Interest to be paid on tax liabilities both for supplies attracting reverse charge as well as other than reverse charge .... i am getting this error, please any one help how to rectify it my both liability vs cash matching...i hv no reverse charges... than why such error...?? plzzzz
