I have submitted the GSTR3B let say with 100 Rs liablity but now my i am calculating my liability should be Rs 200 so how can i make payment of Rs 100 and i am ready for payment of Interest and Penalty but it should be till today date only

but anil sir i will make payment but is not taking the interest and if same condition happen then all will file nil return and will make payment on GSTR3 as due date of same is 30th Oct 2017

what is your exact liability head (IGSTor CGST or SGST).
How to you pay the first 100 rs...?!
