we are into solar power plant installer. we need jcb, hydra at site. but service provider can not provide the bills for the same. so can we pay gst on the amount given to them & take a set off. service provider don't have GST No.

For setting off with GST you have to have a Invoice from Unregisterd Dealer. Only then you are allowed to ITC on RCM

You have to pay GST on Reverse charge and claim ITC at a later date. Subject to condition that its a intra state transaction.

ANY CONDIOTION FOR THE SAME THAT IT SHOULD BE PAY IN CASH.
WHAT IS THE LIMIT OF 5000/- PER DAY IS IT FOR OFFICE EXPS.
