No ..... if you have recd. material or services from maharastra to gujarat then they will charge IGST in bill and it can we only adjusted with CGST

No credit of gujrat sgst input can not be taken against maharashtra sgst output liab. because both will be having seprate regsitration and distinct person under GST.
