It's monthly or Quarterly....
Monthly (except for composition dealer where it is quarterly) by 20th of next month.

Yes you need to discharge your GST liability by 20th.
Composition Dealer means Small Manufacturer, Dealer, or Restaurant Service provider with turnover not exceeding Rs 50 Lakhs Rupees.

yes. Return GSTR-4 by 18th from end of quarter.
No ITC available and pay composition tax (1%/2%/5%) out of pocket)
