The RWA has MMC collection above Rs 20/- lakhs but MMC per member per month is only Rs .1,500/- pre house .Apart from this RWA has income from rentals of Rs.2,00,000/- per annum.
Whether we have to Register the RWA.
Whether GST should be collected on Rentals.
Also whether we have collected GST on Development Fund collection of Rs 10,000/- per member one time collection for repair work
