Gst on renting immovable property issue!!!

we have a marriage resort consists of building and garden thereof, and we have given the same on fixed rent of say Rs.100000 per annum and have already done an agreement before GST applicability with the person to whom we have given it on rent that if there will be any "tax" liability the same shall be borne by that person in future.

Now the quesion is are we require anywhere to pay GST or whatever in normal provision or say RCM etc? pls guide any expert member.

It will be nice to get answer with respective section or provision.

From 1st July, 2017..... GST applicable over the rent at 18%. In case, service provider is registered...... forward charge; otherwise receive receiver (if registered) will pay under RCM and ITC can be availed by SR.

please elaborate,
in our case we are giving on rent to tent house owner and he is giving to customers for marriage purposes n we dont have gst no. nor we have 20lacs gross receipts now please tel who ll be liable here...??
You are not required to register as annual rent does not exceed 20 lacs.In case payer iz registered in GST he is required to pay tax under RCM.
