If you have GST Number then, GST is applicable and 10% TDS will be deducted by the receiver.
And if you don't have GST Number, TDS will be deducted by the receiver.

If You are liable to registration than First you reg.under GST than Charge GST on Rent
TDS under Income Tax arise on Receiver of Services
