06 September 2017We have a situation where we have paid Freight Charges of Rs.15000/- by chq to the transporter for ferrying goods from one state to another.
Now, do we have to pay RCM on the same, if yes then is it 5% or 12%, also can we claim ITC for the same against the RCM paid?

GST Rate @ 5%....
Yes. You can claim ITC...
