my confusion is there if expenses per day exempt Rs. 5000/-
but if person done exps 15 days 5000/- and 15 days above 15000/-
on which amt we have to paid RCM.

Count daywise....... On anyday total is below 5000/-....... no need for tax payment........
On any day exceeded 5,000/- Rs...... Raise self invoice for full value with GST, under RCM
