please explain GST RULES on following
1.advance given to an unregistered dealer with in state or out of state where goods and services received in the same month or next month
2.advance given to an registered dealer with in state or out of state where goods and services received in the same month or next month

b.any TDS OR TCS
Yes, when we purchase from unregd dealer and has paid advance we have to pay tax under RCM. Within the state, no issues but if interstate, that seller has to be registered, otherwise how can he make an interstate supply without getting registered...
