Dear.,

If You mean COMMERCIAL VEHICLE is reach the T/O ceiling. Then you are falling under GST. Because, GST T/O limit Rs.20Lakhs for Unregistered deler.....

Turn Over is based on Previous year activities. And the projected activities is your business movement based. So, you can justify your business. Then go to GST implement

i purchase a commercial vehicle from a indiviual custmor ,he does not have gst no.,so he does not pay gst, then i sell this vehicle to another who will pay gst & how much ?
