sir consider the chapter 52 of Hsn code which is about rate on cotton and cotton articles
considering yr product
HSN will be 5201 pr 5203
please refer to the chapter for more clarity

for that u will have to refer chapter 58 of hsn codes fpr goods
consiste of 5 and 12 percent rate
u can see according yr specificate and define the rate applicable
bcse embrooidery is not of one type.
