GST for under construction
Is GST applicable to the existing under construction project (eg. sale agreement done on 30lakhs and I am paid 20 lakhs before GST and 10lkhs post GST what will be the tax for 10lakh)

As on today............ understaning is YES, you will be required to pay GST @ 12%........... unless any notification from CBEC or GST council
