Individual house construction is exempted from GST for labour contract services.

Thanks for your reply. Since engineers charge consolidated bill for house construction which includes material and labour, is there any formula for bifurcating material cost for VAT

Only the contract for labour charges can bifurcate it. Material bills to be directly drawn in favour of contractee. Othewise works contract rate at 18% will be levied.
