I have a registered LLP company for IT Services and my turnover is less than Rs. 20 Lakh currently but the company is already registered for GST. Do I need to charge GST to my clients till my turnover exceeds 20 Lakh?

But from what I read was for businesses below turnover of 20 Lakh need not charge GST. Are you sure?
