A GST registered person is going to close business. And they have air conditioner, Eicherr tempo, electric items, office equipment, office furniture and Machine etc. in the assets. We want to make purchase of this old used assets with tax invoice. My question is can we take credit of such used items purchase or not?

You can take ITC, Mm o issues if purchase of new goods or old goods.
But, Check seller's GST filing...
Bcoz, As per Your query they will close their business. so watch their GST filing.
