No if the amount of commission is not above 20 lakhs then it is not required for the assesse to get registered under gst regime.assesse who is exempted to pay gst and whose income is less than 20 lakhs are not required to registered under GST.

If both the Services exceeds aggregrate turnover of Rs. 20 Lakhs then you have to register for both the Service under GST act
